Cancellation and refunds

Sign in, open Billing, choose Cancel subscription, then Confirm. That is two clicks and it is the whole of it.

There is no telephone step, no email to send, no support ticket to raise, no form to fill in, no reason to give and no offer placed in front of you on the way. Cancelling happens in the same place and in the same way as subscribing did.

The subscription then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew.

There is no statutory cooling-off period for a purchase like this in the United States, and we do not claim one. This policy is what governs, and having published it we are bound by it.

Then we put it back. A duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, a plan you never subscribed to, or a charge at a price we had not told you about are all refunded in full to the card that paid.

Write to support@authenticstyles.shop with the date and the amount. We answer within one business day and the refund is issued as soon as we have agreed it, arriving in the usual time for your card issuer.
